Funciones del puesto:

  • Manage, review and analyze our pricing strategy and communicate to Sales team and management.
  • Analyze Sales data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience.
  • Work together with sales team and leadership to implement sales plans.
  • Collect, consolidate, and generate sales forecasts and roll up to Sales Management.
  • Proactively analyzes win-loss data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.
  • Develop presentations that analyze sales activities.
  • Track, report and analyze for the Sales and Marketing departments, including executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
  • Implements and manages reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization.
  • Recommend revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Proactively monitor sales operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • CRM and sales process compliance.

Requisitos para el postulante:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or in a related field.
  • Fluent in English required.
  • French and other languages appreciated.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 3 years in a similar position or with similar requirements.
  • Experience in a multinational environment.
  • Experience using a CRM and comfortable with new IT software.
  • Ability to perform Salesforce functions appreciated.
  • Established excellency in Excel & PowerPoint required.
